Take a seat under our majestic Lebanese cedar and let yourself be carried away by the summer atmosphere, the gentle rays of the sun, the crackling of the brazier and the delicious scents of grilled meats…
On the menu, savory meats flame-cooked on our brazier, accompanied by an assortment of grilled southern vegetables, sautéed potatoes and the chef’s summer salad. To finish on a sweet note, an assortment of home-made pastries prepared by our Pastry Chef Franck Joly and his brigade, will enhance this convivial and gourmet moment.
