What time can I arrive?

The official time for handing over the keys to your room is 3pm. However, if your room is ready before 3pm, we’ll be happy to give you your keys in advance.

What time do I have to vacate my room?

Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of your departure. However, you can continue to use the hotel’s facilities even after you have vacated your room. Towels are provided and luggage can be stored in the luggage room.
If hotel availability permits, late check-out can be arranged at an additional cost.

Do the rooms have showers or baths and Jacuzzis?

Only Suite 2 and Junior Suite 14 have Jacuzzis. Rooms and suites are equipped with bath and/or shower. Please let us know your preferences when booking.

Is it possible to use the château's swimming pool without being a resident? Do you offer daily packages?

If you’d like to discover the hotel on a relaxing day, and take advantage of the hotel’s facilities, we offer the “My day at the Château” package, available from Monday to Sunday. This package is limited to 4 people.

Do you offer a babysitting service?

If you require this service, please inform us when booking so that we can reserve the babysitter 48 hours in advance.

Is the hotel family-friendly? Do you offer accommodation?

The hotel offers a family apartment with direct access to the large terrace, comprising 2 interconnecting bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also two suites for up to 2 adults and 2 children, and the Prestige and Grand Confort rooms, each with an extra bed. Cots and high chairs available in the restaurant. Anyone over the age of 12 is considered an adult.

Is the hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?

The hotel has a Prestige room specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility. An adapted shower chair can be provided in the room on request. Most of the hotel’s public areas are wheelchair-accessible, including the terrace on the 1st floor. Reserved parking and level access to all lounges, dining rooms and reception areas. Can I recharge my electric car at the hotel?

Absolutely! Château de Rochecotte has 4 charging points for electric cars. Recharging is charged by the day or half-day. Please contact reception.

Do you have an elevator?

The establishment has an elevator. However, there are a few steps up to some rooms. If elevator access is required, please inform reception in advance when booking.

Is there a footpath on the estate?

The château’s 25-hectare park features formal gardens, a magnificent Italian-style terrace, numerous paths and signposted trails through the forest estate! Green surroundings for a pleasant stroll!

Does the château have parking lots and garages?

The château has pay garages (10 euros per night) and a free, illuminated outdoor parking lot close to the château.

How much does an overnight stay at Château de Rochecotte cost?

Rates depend on the type of accommodation you require, the number of people, the period and the length of your stay. Do you offer special deals for honeymoons or special events?

We offer a honeymoon package for stays of 5 nights or more. Otherwise, whatever the length of your stay, we invite you to mention the celebration of a special event, anniversary or honeymoon.

When you make your reservation, you can also personalize your stay with several options, including flowers, chocolates, Champagne…

Is there an extra charge for children?

A supplement of €15 per child, per night, is applicable for children (aged 3 to 11).

A cot can be provided free of charge for babies on request. (0 to 3 years)

Does the restaurant offer brunches?

The hotel offers brunches on certain dates; check the website for upcoming dates.

What are the breakfast service times?

Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am in the Dorothée dining room and in the Verrière. A wide choice of home-made pastries, breads, fruit juices, cereals, cheeses, yoghurts, cold meats, eggs, fresh fruit, hot drinks…
On request, we can bring your breakfast to your room.
After 10am, you can order drinks and pastries in the lounges or on the terrace.

What is included in the half-board package?

The Château de Rochecotte hotel’s half-board package includes :

– Buffet breakfast.

– Dinner based on the “Inspiration” menu: starter, main course and dessert. An à la carte selection is available at extra cost.

Does the hotel offer all-inclusive packages?

No, the hotel does not offer “all-inclusive” packages.

Do you offer room service?

Room service is available for breakfast (from 7:30am to 10am), lunch (from 12:00pm to 1:30pm) and simplified evening service (from 7:00pm to 9:30pm).
Also, our “Joly Goûter” formula served in the afternoon (from 2pm to 6pm).
