Discover the Château de Rochecotte barbecues, a moment of conviviality to be shared under our magnificent Lebanese cedar in front of the château (weather permitting). Enjoy entrecôtes and lamb chops delicately prepared on our signature brazier “Le Forgeur” brazier with béarnaise and chimichurri sauces. Gourmet accompaniments include grilled southern vegetables, sautéed potatoes and the chef’s summer salad. Finally, for a sweet touch, enjoy an assortment of homemade desserts made by our head pastry chef Franck Joly and his brigade.
