HOSTING

From what time can I arrive?

The official check-in time for your room is 3:00PM. However, if your room is ready before 3pm, we will gladly hand over your keys in advance.

What time should I check out of my room?

Please vacate your room before 11:00AM on the day of your departure. However, you are welcome to continue to use the hotel’s facilities even after your check-out. Towels will be provided and luggage will be stored in the luggage room.

If the hotel’s availability allows, a late check-out can be arranged at an additional cost.

Do the rooms have a shower or bath and Jacuzzi?

Only “Suite 2” and “Junior suite 14” have a Jacuzzi. All rooms and suites are equipped with bath and/or shower. Please let us know your preference when booking.

Is it possible to use the castle's swimming pool without being a resident? Do you offer day packages?

If you wish to discover the hotel during a relaxing day and take advantage of the hotel’s facilities, we offer the “My day at the Château” package available from Monday to Sunday. This package is limited to 4 people.

Do you offer a babysitting service?

If you need this service, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can reserve the babysitter 48 hours in advance.

Is the hotel suitable for families? Do you propose accommodation?

The hotel offers a family flat with direct access to the large terrace, consisting of 2 connecting rooms and 2 bathrooms. There are also two suites that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and the Prestige and Grand Comfort rooms with an extra bed. Cots and high chairs are available in the restaurant. All persons over 12 years of age are considered as adults.

Is the hotel suitable for disabled guests?

The hotel has a Prestige room specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. An adapted shower chair can be provided in the room on request. Most of the hotel’s public areas are wheelchair accessible, including the terrace on the first floor. Reserved parking space and level access to all lounges, dining rooms and reception. Lift in the hotel.

Is it possible to charge my electric car at the hotel?

Absolutely! The Château de Rochecotte has 4 charging points for electric cars. Recharging is charged by the day or half day. Please contact the reception desk.

Do you have a lift?

The hotel has a lift. However, there are some steps to access some rooms. If access to the lift is required, please inform the reception beforehand when making your reservation.

Is there a walking trail on the estate?

The château’s park extends over 25 hectares and includes formal gardens, an avenue of lime trees, an Italian-style terrace and a signposted route through the forest estate! A green environment for a pleasant stroll!

Does the castle have car parks and garages?

The castle has lock-up garages (10 € per night) and a free, illuminated outdoor car park near the main building.

RATES & OFFERS

What are the rates for a night at Château de Rochecotte?

The rates depend on the type of accommodation you want, the number of people, the period and the length of your stay. Special offers are regularly updated on the official hotel website to allow you to take advantage of our best guaranteed rates. To check availability, rates and special offers, we invite you to make a reservation simulation by clicking directly on “Book”.

Do you have special offers for honeymooners or special events?

We have a honeymoon offer for any stay of 5 nights or more. Otherwise, whatever the length of your stay, we invite you to mention the celebration of a special event (birthday, honeymoon, …) when booking.
You can also personalize your stay with several options, such as a romantic welcome, flowers or a bottle of Champagne.

Is there a supplement for children?

A supplement of €15 per child, per night, is applicable for the accommodation of children (3 to 11 years).

A cot can be placed in the room free of charge on request for babies. (0 to 3 years)

RESTAURANT

Does the restaurant propose a brunch?

The hotel proposes brunch on certain dates, check the website for upcoming dates.

At what time is the breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:30AM to 10:00AM in the Dino dining room and in the Verrière. A wide choice of homemade pastries, breads and brioches, fruit juice, cereals, cheese, cold cooked and cured meat, eggs, fresh and dried fruit, hot drinks…

On request, we can bring your breakfast to your room.

After 10:00AM, you can order a refreshment and pastries in the lounges or on the terrace.

What is included in the half-board package?

The half-board formula of the Château de Rochecotte hotel includes:

– Buffet breakfast.

– Dinner based on the “Inspiration” menu with starter, main course and dessert. An à la carte choice is also possible with supplements.

Does the hotel propose all-inclusive packages?

No, the hotel does not propose all-inclusive packages; however certain special offers at certain times of the year are very comprehensive.

Do you propose room service?

Room service is available for breakfast (from 7:30AM to 10:00AM), lunch (from 12:00AM to 13:30PM) and simplified evening service (from 19:15PM to 21:30PM).

Also, our “home-made snack” formula served in the afternoon.

EVENTS & SEMINARS

Do you propose services for the organisation of special events (weddings, birthdays, christenings, company parties, prize-giving ceremonies, cocktail parties etc.)?

Yes, we do! The hotel has several lounges, all of which can be privatised. Our sales department is at your disposal by e-mail at chateauhotel@rochecotte.fr in order to propose a tailor-made offer according to your expectations.
